Spoon Body Shape
Privacy Policy
Your measurements and your messages are handled differently. This page explains what stays in the calculator and what you share when you contact us.
Who is responsible
Spoon Body Shape is operated by Rizwan Aslam in Pakistan. This policy applies to spoonbodyshape.com. For questions about your information, email Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com or use our contact page.
Calculator measurements stay in the browser
The measurement calculator uses the bust, waist, high-hip and full-hip values you enter to calculate a result in your browser. The calculator code does not upload those values, save them to a server or write them to browser local storage. The current calculator does not ask for camera access or photographs.
Using Reset clears the visible values. Your browser may keep form values temporarily when restoring a tab or using back navigation. On a shared device, clear the form and close the tab when you finish. If you include measurements in a message to us, they become part of that correspondence.
Read the calculator methodology for its purpose and limits. A result is not a medical assessment.
Information you choose to send
| Channel | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, email address, chosen topic and message. | Read, investigate and reply to your request. |
| Your address, message and any content you attach. | Handle your enquiry and follow-up correspondence. | |
| Your number, messages and profile information visible under your settings. | Communicate through the channel you choose. |
The contact form sends your message through the website’s mail system to our Gmail inbox. The form itself does not create a separate database of message submissions or accept file uploads. Mail infrastructure, security tools or backups may retain their own records. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Do not send body photographs, passwords, medical records or another person’s private information. We do not need a photograph to investigate a calculator problem.
Technical information and spam prevention
When you visit a website, your browser sends technical information needed to request its pages. Hosting and security services may process information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time and error details to deliver the site and investigate faults or abuse.
Our contact form uses a hidden spam-trap field and a submission limit. It creates a keyed hash from the connection’s IP address to track recent attempts. The form’s temporary counter expires after one hour; it does not store the raw IP address in that counter. Hosting logs are separate from this counter.
The contact form does not require a third-party CAPTCHA, and it does not include measurements automatically. Please include only what is needed to explain your question.
Service providers and external links
- Website infrastructure: hosting, security and mail-delivery services process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages.
- Google: our contact mailbox uses Gmail. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for its handling of information.
- WhatsApp: clicking our WhatsApp link opens a separate service. No message is sent until you choose to send it. Read the WhatsApp Privacy Policy before using that channel.
Rizwan Aslam and service providers involved in handling a request may access the information needed for that purpose. Providers can process data outside your country. The applicable protections and your choices depend on the service and local law; their notices explain their own practices.
We do not sell contact messages or calculator inputs. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to address fraud, abuse or a legal claim. Links to research and other websites do not give us control over those websites.
Why we use information
We use correspondence to answer questions, investigate reported problems and handle corrections. Technical information helps operate and protect the website. Where a legal basis is required, these purposes may rely on our legitimate interests in providing support and securing the service, subject to applicable rights. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation. Where consent is required for an optional activity, it must be obtained for that activity.
How long information is kept
Calculator inputs are not retained by the calculator after the browser session, apart from any temporary restoration your browser performs. Contact correspondence can remain in the mailbox or messaging history for follow-up, resolving disputes or keeping a record of a correction. There is no promised automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
Retention depends on whether a request is still open, whether the correspondence is needed for a related issue, and any applicable legal requirements. You can ask us to review or delete your correspondence. Some records may need to be retained, and provider backups may not be erased immediately. The form’s temporary spam counter has a one-hour expiry; infrastructure logs follow the relevant service’s settings.
Your privacy choices and requests
You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of information, object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent, depending on your location and the processing involved. Email Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and describe what you need. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why a proportionate identity check is necessary.
We will consider the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already lawfully carried out. You may also complain to the data-protection authority relevant to you. The UK Information Commissioner’s public guidance explains rights under UK law; other locations have different rules.
Children and sensitive information
This website’s calculator and style guides are intended for adults. We do not ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent information to us, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
Security and changes
No internet service can promise absolute security. Use the minimum information needed when contacting us, and avoid sensitive attachments. This notice will be updated when the described services or practices materially change; the page’s published update date records those changes.
See our Terms of Use for the scope of the calculator and guides.
